Post Warranty Repair:
- For all standard repairs, warranty period is 14 days after the date of pickup
- Receipt must be presented at the time of the warranty claim
- Warranty claims must be related to work performed on the gun or item
- Gun upgrades related to 11.1v Lipo use only carry a 7 day warranty
- Warranty will void to the following conditions:
- Evidence of use of 11.1v Lipo in guns not prepared to use them
- Evidence of use of low quality pellets and/or .12g pellets
- Evidence of disassembly of the gun or item in any way
- Evidence of user error
Gun Pick Up Policy:
- Once you have been notified that your repair has been completed via phone and email, you have 30 days to pick up your gun and pay for repair services rendered. Once 30 days has passed, all ownership of the gun is relinquished to Extreme Airsoft.

I flew up here from SC to visit my cousin and decided to come here to play a little speedsoft. I brought my replica in to see about getting it fixed, expecting to just get advice and then do it myself. When i came in the guy at the counter gave me a friendly hello and asked what he could do for me. The following experience was genuinely the best interaction ive ever had at an airsoft field. George talked me through what i needed to replace (gave me budget options as well as high performance options) and then fixed my replica that night. Not only was this one of the fastest teching experiences of my life, but it was also some of the best and most dedicated tech work ive ever had. Genuinely cannot say enough how great of an experience this place has been. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% will come again.
