The CXP-MARS Komodo rifle from the ProLine series continues the trend of authenticity by being constructed with a fully stamped steel billet style receiver, forged lower receiver, and high-quality full metal internals. The full metal MARS designed extended handguard features three small picatinny rail sections and comes ready for all standard MLOK accessories for a lower profile design, while also giving players the option to attach additional picatinny rail sections for a wider range of customization options. A unique 300 round high capacity magazine features a small viewing window to see the BB level without having to remove the magazine from the rifle. Alongside the full steel frame and receiver, a durable polymer was used for the adjustable crane stock and pistol grip for maximum grip and stability while remaining lightweight. The specially designed low profile ergonomic pistol grip features textured finger grooves for a more comfortable feel, while greatly reducing fatigue when carrying this heavyweight replica. The skeletonized crane stock is fully adjustable for players of all sizes, and can easily alter the overall length for CQB or long range engagements. This rifle is front wired which means the recommended 9.6v Nunchuck battery power source is housed in the vented Keymod handguard and connected to the rifle using small Tamiya plugs. Integrated ICS CFS Metal flip-up front and rear sights allow players to quickly and accurately zero in their targets without the need for an additional optic accessory.
Internally, the CXP-MARS Komodo from ICS features their esteemed metal reinforced, fully upgradable Version 2 split gearbox. This next level gearbox has simulated blowback with every trigger pull, to add to the overall authenticity of this replica. High-quality bushings and bearings ensure rapid and smooth gear change which results in more responsive fire with every trigger pull. An integrated inline MOSFET protects trigger contacts from shortages or wear and tear for long lasting durability. Ambidextrous magazine release and fire selector ensures both left and right handed players can operate this rifle with no restrictions.
